Mesosomes only found in prokaryotic.

Respiration bacterial(using for place of mitochondria).

I am not understanding this question. Please explain me.

Mesosome is not a true or permanent part of the prokaryotic cell.

It is formed during chemical fixation used to prepare Gram-positive cells for electron microscopy.

So all the above structures are present in eukaryotes.

Mesosome is eukaryotic part, prokaryotic have only protein and ribosome with genetic material.

Mesosome An infolding of the membrane that is the site of respiration (like a mitochondrion) - it's shape improves surface area. The existence of the mesosome is disputed, and most scientists believe it is a mistake in electron microscope technique.
