Bacteria and Eukarya because both have cell wall bounded by peptoglycan and phospho lipids.

Bacteria and Eukarya both use phospholipids bound to glycerol by esther linkage, whereas Archaea use phytanyl groups of isoprene units with ether linkage to glycerol, I suppose that s the logic behind the answer.
