Yes, the Hepatitis B virus and Hepatitis C virus are the cause of hepatocellular carcinoma because these two viruses cause chronic infection while infection caused by hepatitis A is limited.

Hepatitis A not caused hepatocellular carcinoma. Hepatitis B and c cause hepatocellular carcinoma.

HAV can't causes carcinoma it is limited infection.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is caused by HBV and HCV due to the presence of "chronic infection" which may lead to cancer. But in case of HAV there's no chronic state and the it's self-limited infection.
