In a dikaryotic, the nucleus is two. In a diploid, there is a karyogamy after the dikaryotic stage hence the nucleus becomes one. Which makes option A the right answer.

Diploid cell having two sets of chromosomes or double the haploid number of chromosomes in the germ. Celldikaryotic does - by definition - mean that there are exactly two nuclei in the cells, it does not say that the two nuclei are genetically distinct so B is the correct answer.
