Hemocytometer measures the number of cells but not the size of the cell.

A Coulter counter an apparatus for counting and sizing particles suspended in electrolytes. It is used for cells, bacteria, prokaryotic cells and virus particles.

Petroff-Hauser counting chamber; Designed specifically for counting bacteria, sperm, blood platelets, and the content of vaccines. But PH Chamber measures the size of the cell.

So, B OPTION IS CORRECT.
