I don't get why are porins more likely to be exposed than lipotichoic acid. It has been only in Gram- as well and for sure is visible etc. right?
Anyone, please explain this in detail.

The LPS layer is a phospholipid bilayer with porins embedded on its surface.
Comparing the LPS to the porins I think the porins will be much exposed on the bacteria.

Pore protein provide pore for small molecule transport (like water) but not likely to be exposed than LPS. The answer should be LPS.
