I think the correct ones is;

Type of flame-----------> Ethyne : Oxygen
Neutral flame -----------> 1 : 1
Oxidizing flame -----------> 0.8 : 1 to 0.9 : 1
Carburizing flame -----------> 1 .1 : 1 to 1 .3 : 1
