For gas welding, the minimum pressure required is based on the thickness of parent metal and size of the nozzle required for welding and let's not forget that amount of oxygen required for Acetylene (Complete combustion ) is 2.5 volume.

Most of the manufacturers give the tables about appropriate pressure required according to the size of plates (In inches or mm) and pressures in psi or kg/cm2 normally Liters per minute. At places conversion is required.

7-103 KN/m2 = Acetylene.
70-280 KN/m2 = Oxygen.

(Pressure-wise).

Option A is correct only if acetylene in place of oxygen.
