Permanent mold casting process consists of mold cavities machined into a metal die blocks and designed for repetitive use.

It is also called gravity die casting method in which molten metal is poured into dies under the force of gravity.

Option D is correct.
But what about option A, which method is that?

Option C is correct. As it molten metal is forced to enter in mould cavity under pressure in Die casting proccess.

Permanent mould casting method:-
1. Die Casting = molten metal is forced into a mould under high pressure.
2. Centrifugal Casting = molten metal is poured and allowed to solidify while the mould is revolving.
3. Slush Casting = Molten metal is poured in a metallic mould, retained in the mould long enough for the outer skin to solidify and finally mould is turned over to remove molten metal still in molten condition.
4. Squeeze Casting.
