Ram the sand harder at the pattern face with decreasing hardness towards the back of the mould = Jolt Machine.
Ram the sand harder at the back of the mould and softer on the pattern face = Squeezing Machine.
Produce uniform sand hardness throughout the mould = Jolt Squeezing Machine.
Produce uniform packing of sand in the mould = Sand Slinger.
Uniform ramming and hardness of sand in the mould = Diaphragm Machine.

Gagger- Reinforce the sand in the mould.

Sand slinger -Producing uniform packing in the mould sand large floor & pit mould packed with sand.
Diaphragm moulding M/c - uniform sand hardness throughout the mould.
Squeezing machine- Ramming the sand harder at the back of the mould and softer on the pattern face (making mould in HP moulding).
Jolt m/c- Ramming the sand harder at the pattern face and softer on the back the mould.
