Hello, guys the answer C is correct.
In thread rolling, there is two pitch (major pitch and minor pitch).
Blank diameter is always calculated by the maximum value so the major pitch is the right answer.
There is a very small difference between minor pitch and major pitch.
So the correct answer is little larger than minor dia of the thread.
Below are the details about the above.

Option B is the correct answer.

I think Option D is correct because the pitch diameter lies in between minor and major diameter.

B is correct.

The blank diameter is in between major and minor dia.

Option d is correct. You can imagine gear nominal dia greter than pitch diameter (imagination dia).

The Correct answer is D.

Thread rolling is used to produce threads in substantial quantities. This is a cold-forming process.

Operation in which the threads are formed by rolling a thread blank between hardened dies that cause.

The metal to flow radially into the desired shape. Because no metal is removed in the form of chips, less.

Material is required, resulting in substantial savings. In addition, because of cold working, the threads.

Have greater strength than cut threads, and a smoother, harder, and more wear-resistant surface is obtained.

One obvious characteristic of a rolled thread is that its major diameter always is greater than the diameter of the blank. When an accurate class of fit is desired, the diameter of the blank is made about 0.002 inch larger than the thread pitch diameter. If it is desired to have the body of a bolt larger than the outside diameter of the rolled thread, the blank for the thread is made smaller than the body.
