The minimum and maximum sizes approved for Billets is 100 x 100 mm and 130 x 130 mm respectively, while Bloom size 160 x 160 mm has been approved. So, C is the right answer.

If the cross-section of a casting is a square, it is called a billet. Billets have a cross-section are of less than 36 sq. Inches. Blooms have rectangular cross-sections.
