What of liquid hydrogen used in modern cars?

It's not necessary as ethanol, bio-diesel are not derived from crude oil.

In the case of commercial fuel: It is better to say that they all are not from mineral oils. For instance there is organic fuel oil that is made by using maize cereals.

What about bio ethanol, which is produced from jatropha etc.

Bio ethanol are alternatives for diesel and they produced from jatropha, Kanuga, cotton oil seeds etc. And they give nearly 13% less mechanical efficiency as compared to diesel.

By different level of processing we can find different commercial fuels.

What about bio diesel its getting from trees, so we can treated as it is commercial or non commercial fuels?

In the purification process of the crude oil we can get the commercial liquid fuels like kerosene, petrol etc.
