C is right because in close cycles high-grade fuel like He, Argon etc used so efficiency is good but in open cycle air is used because after every cycle new air enter after exhaust but in close same fuel high grade re circulate.

A should be the correct answer as efficiency depends on pressure ratio and specific heat ratio.
