Why not C?
Efficiency of turbine = actual temp.Drop/isentropic temp.Drop
Efficiency of compressor = isentropic temperature drop/actual temperature drop.
Efficiency of turbine = actual temp.Drop/isentropic temp.Drop

B si thermal efficient of whole gas turbine system including compressor etc. While cis isentropic efficiency of turbine only.

For open cycle gas turbines;
The efficiency formula is option B.
And the Work ratio formula is option A.
