Yes. Option A is write answer. Because all reversible engine are working on carnot cycle, in which the losses are not considered. And that provide the system reversibility. When losses are not considered then for given heat input the engine will give maximum work.

Option A is correct. As per carnot principle : (1) all the reversible engine working between same temperatures have same Efficiency.
(2) reversible engine have always higher efficiency than irreversible engine working between same temperature range.
