Efficiency is depends upon gema which obtained by Cp/Cv so basically it depends upon specific heats or not?

I do also think the same that efficiency depends upon gamma.

Efficiency of otto cycle depends upon compression ratio and specific heat of the material.

Depend on the specific heat ratio, not specific heat.

Actually specific heats depends on gamma and R. Gamma depends on molecular structure. R depends on molecular weight. So answer B can be correct.
