It is not mentioned that the same path is followed by the cycle in this question.

So the answer will be a thermodynamic cycle.

A thermodynamic cycle is called reversible, if it restore the initial conditions at the end. Otherwise it will be an irreversible cycle.

Reversible cycle is the answer.

For cycle to be reversible path should be same. But here not mentioned it. It says only restore initial condition but with same path or not.

So the answer is thermodynamic cycle.

According to me, the answer is reversible.

Answer should be reversible.

It should be thermodynamic cycle. To be a reversible cycle, each and every process involved should be reversible.

They have not mentioned that whether the operations involved are reversible or not. It does mean that if at the end initial condition is achieved then the cycle is reversible. We can call it as reversible only when the cycle consists of all the reversible processes.

Even there is a single irreversible process we can't call it reversible.

A cycle which returns to its initial conditions and states or follows a closed loop path as it had followed earlier is called reversible cycle whereas a series of operations which takes place in a certain order and restores to the initial conditions at the end of all the processes, is called thermodynamic cycle(which may be a reversible or an irreversible cycle).

Reversible cycle means that if you reverse the cycle it should follow the same path as it used before.

In this case, it is just a thermodynamic cycle which comes to the original state after a number of processes.

It would be both external and internally irreversible i.e., because of finite temp difference as well as friction.
