That is a change in entropy. Absolute entropy has a different formula only dependent on p and t @Vivek.

Work is high grade energy so entropy can not be expresse as function of work,
Entropy express as function of T&P, T&V, and heat.
So correct answer is A&B.
Entropy express as function of T&P, T&V, and heat.
So correct answer is A&B.

I do not think that's where entropy can be expressed as a function of pressure, temperature and volume.

Entropy is a function of all available options.
So, D is the correct answer.
So, D is the correct answer.

Tds = U+pdV.
Q = T * dS.
UnAvailable energy = f(W) = f(S) where f means function.
It can be expressed in both volume and pressure as well as temperature.
Q = T * dS.
UnAvailable energy = f(W) = f(S) where f means function.
It can be expressed in both volume and pressure as well as temperature.

According to me, answer A and B both are correct. Answer C is not because entropy change is associate with flow of heat only not with flow of work.
