If there is no motion at -273 degrees celsius, there won't be any motion at -273k too. Therefore, option C is also correct.

I think they are talking about system. If half of the molecules going towards one side and half towards other end, then also the total momentum will be zero. So either it should not talk about system or mention individual molecule.
