Such machine will come in category of perpetual motion machine kind 2 (PMMM2) and simply violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics and so considered as practically impossible machine.
Some machines are available, close to PMMM2 but not a single machine is PMMM2 or even not possible to be created.

I think its answer should be A.
It is possible for the cyclic process because in this process change in internal energy is zero.
