Frequency ratio is the ratio of the excitation frequency and the natural frequency of the body.
r=(w/w_n).

The variation of phase angle with frequency ratio is given by the relation:
φ=arctan((2*zeta*r)/(1-r^2)).

zeta=damping ratio.
