Solution without calculator.
Zeta = 40/420 = 0.1 (approx.).
Log decrements = 2*pie*0.1/(1-0.1^2) = 2*pie*0.1 = 0.63 (approx..).
Zeta = 40/420 = 0.1 (approx.).
Log decrements = 2*pie*0.1/(1-0.1^2) = 2*pie*0.1 = 0.63 (approx..).
