frequency = 1/2pie root of(q/m).
as per given data q = q/2.
m = 2m.
frequency = 1/2 pie root of(q/2*1/2m) = 1/2 pie root of(q/4m) = 1/2 pie 1/2 root of(q/m) = 1/2 fn.
