Swaying couple=[1-c]mrw^2{cos + sin} * L/2.
At 45 degrees we have cos45 + sin45 which gives a maximum value 1.414.
So answer is 45 and 225.

d/dθ(cosθ+sinθ) =0.
-sinθ+cosθ=0.
- sinθ = -cosθ.
tanθ = 1.
θ=45° or. 225°
