Acceleration of piston a = omega_square * r * (cos θ + (cos 2 θ)/n )
If the crank is at the outer dead center, then we can put θ = 180 degrees.
a = omega_square * r * (-1 + 1/n),
a = omega_square * r * (1-n )/n.
Ans should be option B with a negative sign.

We know acc=w^2r * ((n+NCOs(@))/n).
Here @=180 so cos term became -n.
