No, option A is correct because when vehicle takes left turn max amount of pressure exerts on the left side of the vehicle.

Centrifugal force acts outward so outer wheels face more force.

As motor car will try to go outward due to centrifugal force then more pressure is exerted on the outer wheels as compared to the inner wheels.
