Since the friction radius for the new clutches is slightly larger than the worn out. And for new clutches uniform pressure theory is applicable while for worn out clutches uniform wear theory is applicable.

Uniform pressure-2/3 uwr = 0.66uwr.
Uniform wear-1/2uwr = 0.5uwr.
So uniform pressure is more as compared to uniform wear.
