The given answer is correct. At the centre, the velocity is not changing direction and magnitude. Therefore acceleration is zero.

B is the correct one. It's given that linear speed is "uniform" so there is no acceleration due to linear motion and no acceleration due to rotation at centre.

At the centre of the disc, velocity doesn't change with respect to Time. Hence acceleration is zero at that point.

The point of contact is the instantaneous center hence the centripetal acceleration will act toward it, so the point of contact would have some amount of acceleration.
Hence B is correct.
Hence B is correct.

As it is clear from statement that it is in uniform linear speed hence no acceleration at centre but at point of contact there would be centrifugal force hence acceleration at contact point.

B is correct because in option D velocity at the point of contact should be zero and not the acceleration as v = r*w and r=0 at point of contact.

Agree @Saurav.
B is right.
B is right.

At the point of contact, normal acceleration acts towards center.

@Kallu Khapa.
I agree with you, D is the right one.
I agree with you, D is the right one.

I think option D should be correct. Should it?
