In simple harmonic motion.
Time period= 2 pi /omega seconds.
Frequency= omega/2 pi rad/seconds.
So product of reciprocals is ONE.

Here asked that the product of frequency and time.
T=1/f.
f=1/T.
f*T=1/f*1/T=1 Answer.
T=1/f.
f=1/T.
f*T=1/f*1/T=1 Answer.
