@Geetanjali here no information about type of material, I mean they are not made of same material according to the question so G (shear modulus) will not be constant for both material.

Hence option B is correct.

We know that,

T/J = Tow/R = G*theta/L.

Answer polar modulus is J/R.

So for shafts, in which one is hollow, polar moment of inertia(J) cannot be same. So the same polar modulus can do the required task.
