192 is for fixed beam but point load at mid and 384 for udl in fixed beam and 5/384 is for ssb and udl.

C is for point load in the fixed beam.
D is for U.D.L. in the fixed beam.
D is for U.D.L. in the fixed beam.

Option "C" is right for Simply Supported beam centrally loaded but for simply supported beam uniformly distributed, answer would be option "D".
