I lies at free end.

For Cantilever beam, max deflection occurs at a free end and at fixed and occur mini deflection like zero.

For cantilever beam one end is supported and other end is free for supported end the deflection is zero.

How it is wrong? Because at the free end only Max deflection occurs.
