Shear stress for Rectangle = 3/2,
Shear stress for Circle = 4/3,
3/2 ÷ 4/3.
3x3 ÷ 4x2 = 9/8.
Shear stress for Circle = 4/3,
3/2 ÷ 4/3.
3x3 ÷ 4x2 = 9/8.

1) Max shear stress for rectangle = 3/2*(Average shear stress).
2) Max shear stress (circle) = 4/3*(Average shear stress).
Take ratio answer = 9/8.
2) Max shear stress (circle) = 4/3*(Average shear stress).
Take ratio answer = 9/8.
