For solid shaft Z = J/R = π/32 * D4/ D/2.
Z = π/16 D3.
Z = π/16 D3.

@Gautom.
It's a ratio of the moment of inertia and neutral axis.

Section modulus Z = I/y where y = D/2.
I for the circular cross section is (Pi/64)*d^4.
So Z = ((Pi/64)*(d^4))/(D/2).
Z = (Pi/32)*D^3.
So answer is D.
