In a bending beam, a point is known as a point of contraflexure if it is a location at which no bending occurs. In a bending moment diagram, it is the point at which the bending moment curve intersects with the zero line. In other words, where the bending moment changes its sign from negative to positive or vice versa.

The Poc is the point at which bending moment changes its sign.

The point of contra flexure means bending moment change in sign from +ve to -ve or -ve to +ve at that time bending moment is zero and shear force is maximum and point of contra shear mean shear force change in sign and that time shear force is zero and bending moment is maximum.

The point of contra flexure is a point where BM is zero.

i.e bending moment changes sign.

Answer is wrong and right answer is sf is change its sign.

Point of contra flexure, where BM changes its sign on BM graph. At this point the SF will be Max.

Point of contract flexure isn't an point where bending momentum changes its sign i.e BM=0 and maximum BM occurs at shear force zero i.e shear force changes it's sign.
