B & C is the right answer because here bm & shear force is zero but in A bm is zero but the shear force is not zero.

It's right answer is c. Because bending moment in other cases is not exactly zero at the free end. But in udl the graph is parabolic and it is completely zero at the free end.

Option B & C are the correct answers. Option A do have zero BM at the free end but it do not have zero shear stress at the free end.

Cantilever beam always produce zero bending moment & shear force at the free end.
