The answer is correct in cantilever beam at free end SF is zero, where BM is also Zero not maximum.

If shear force change sign the bending moment maximum or minimum, but if shear force is 0 the bending moment is maximum so shear force is 0 correct answer.

Because if shear force is zero slopes of bending moment is zero, that means it can be a minimum as well. Shear force changing sign from negative to positive means that bending moment is a relative minimum.

B and c both correct. Because where shear force changes its sign is zero.
And the point of contra-flexure is the point where bending moment changes its sign.
