Option B is correct because in question it is very clearly asked that the load is varying but this variation is uniform i.e load is varying linearly (uniformly) from one end to other.

Definition of uniformly varying load- these are the load varying uniformly from zero to a particular value and spread over a certain length of the beam.

Varying means loading increases or decreases at a constant rate therefore answer is incorrect.
