What is the relation between these plants as a binary vapor plants? Can anyone explain these?

Because of pressure and temperature difference.

In a binary plant the heat contained by a mercury condenser is used to convert water into steam, there is no direct contact between mercury and water.

Mercury condenser is also act as the boiler.
