Open C is correct. It is stated as super saturated not super heated. Here the temperature felt down from super saturated to saturated. Hence the correct option is C.

Difference of superheated steam temp: and saturation temp: is known as degree of superheat. As he mentioed supersaturated so degree of undercooling is correct answer.
