Options A is the correct answer. Because steam jet induced air from flue tubes and beneath grate negative pressure.

Yes, as the steam jet is placed beneath the fire grate i.e. before the blowers entry point produces the draft required for the air to come in the boiler. Thus producing an induced steam jet draught.
