Exactly, when we are using up milling, the tooth on the cutter start cutting from finished surface i.e. previously cutted surface.

So, surface finish may damage.

But in down milling, there is no such type problem.

So, surface finish is high in downmilling. Regarding to this, option C is wrong.

Option C is correct.

The surface milled appears to be smooth/highly finished.
