Arbor means?

Arbor is nothing but a type of a machine element. It is below the spindle the tool is mounted in that place. It is a horizontal milling machine.

Arbour is nothing but it is mounted on a spindle and w/p is mounted on the arbour. Arbour works opposite to the mendrel. Mandrel holds the w/p where arbour holds the cylindrical tool. Arbor used in a horizontal milling machine.
