Cutting speed using HSS tool for Al 180 - 240 m/mt (highest).

Aluminum is the softest material among these and can be cut by high speed but others are hard and brittle and should only be cut in low speed.

Aluminium has the highest machinability index among given options and machinability index is the ratio of cutting speed of metal for 1 min tool life divided by cutting speed of standard free-cutting steel for 1 min tool life.
