Cutting speed if increase, then the surface does not obtain as good.

Small nose radius - increase surface finish and tool life.

Large nose radius - increase strength of the tool.

The Cutting speed we know doubt is for nose radius we know that;.

H= f^2/8r.

Increasing nose radius also the surface finish improves. Hence answer is correct. Option D justified.

The Answer will be nose radius.

With increasing cutting speed the surface finish is very poor because the operation is not smooth.

With increasing nose radius the contact area between tool and workpiece is more. So maximum surface finish will be produced.

I think with the increase in nose radius surface finish will decrease.
