As larger this angle, the greater the component force tending to separate the work and tool may induce chatter, so it decrease the tool life. So the answer should be A or C most probably C.

Side cutting edge angle varies from 15 to 30 degree.

And increasing it will increase tool life. So option A should be correct.

Higher the side cutting edge angle, larger portion of the cutting edge will be in contact, which means more damage to tool. Also the separating force increases with side cutting edge angle. Thus induces chatter. Option C is right.
