Small rake angle leads to large cutting forces & more friction between tool and w/p there by more heat generated between tool and chip thus continuous chips with built up edge formed.

It should be large rake angle with small cutting speed, So option A is correct.

Answer should be A for continuous chip high rake angle is required.

If rake angle is short then discontinuous chip occurred and rake angle large then continuous chip occurred.
