Answer A is right, because for built up edge we require low speed.

If the rake angle is small then chips will be discontinuous.

Answer A is correct high speed and high rake angle leads continuous chips are formed.

Because at low cutting speed friction between tool and workpiece is more thus the chips break due to that friction.
