As per my knowledge; The velocity factor for precision metallic gears cut with high accuracy and operating at velocities up to 20 m/s is equal to 0.75/(0.75+V).

Velocity factor (CV) = 12.5 m/s for carefully metallic gear cut.
CV = 20 m/s for accurately metallic gear cut.
CV is up to 20 m/s for precision metallic gear cut.
